Great Falls, Virginia Real Estate Market Analysis for January 2019
The Great Falls housing market improved again for sellers with the number of New Pending sales increased from 13 in December to 20 in January.
There was a small increase in the supply of homes from 101 in December to 107 in January. The 5.6 Months of Supply of homes is still in the normal range.
More good news for buyers and sellers in all areas is that the interest rates continued to decline.
