It was another active month for sellers in 20190, 20191, and 20194 with increases in month-over-month closed sales.

Average sold prices were down again in the 20190, but up in the other two Reston zip codes: 20191 and 20194. And active listings increase in all of Reston.

The extremely low months of supply, 1.2 in 20191 and 20194, generated multiple offers on properties which were priced right. While low interest rates helped both buyers and sellers.
